SHIPPING BY DELIVERY SERVICE AND COSTS (valid for delivery in the Republic of Croatia)
We send the ordered items by GLS delivery service in the form of a package within 4 to 7 working days from the day of order receipt or from payment date. Exceptionally, due to the unavailability of a specific item or other unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that the delivery takes slightly longer than the specified deadline, of which you will be notified by e-mail.
Delivery is calculated according to the price list agreed with the courier service in the amount of 4.65€ for Croatia.
If the courier service changes the delivery price, the seller will clearly state the new price in the Web Shop.
Shipping prices are listed with VAT included.
Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed of delivery and possible complications related to the delivery itself caused by the delivery service.
If the Buyer is not at the delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave a notice with the shipment number and instructions for further steps.
If a Buyer orders goods and refuses to receive them, Amas retains the right to deny the Buyer the amount paid for the purchase price.
If the Buyer who has not received the goods, re-orders the goods through the www.amas-bijoux.com Web Shop, the seller reserves the right to refuse further processing of the order as well as the right to charge.
Amas reserves the right not to send orders with incorrect/incomplete contact information, as well as orders with an e-mail/telephone contact to which no one responds.

PARCEL SIZE
Delivery to BOX NOW lockers is possible for parcels up to:
- H: 36 cm W: 45 cm L: 60 cm
- Maximum weight: 9 kg
Items that exceed these dimensions cannot be delivered to a BOX NOW locker.
AMAS bijoux reserves the right, in agreement with the customer, to change the delivery method or cancel the order if the items exceed the maximum dimensions.
DELIVERY
- Deliveries to BOX NOW lockers take place Monday–Friday.
- Standard delivery time is up to 3 working days, except during promotional periods, when longer times may apply (customers will be notified in advance).
- If the selected locker is full, you will receive an SMS/Viber message informing you that the parcel will be delivered to the nearest available locker, followed by another message once the parcel has been deposited.

PAYMENT
You can pay at the time of ordering by:
- Credit card, or
- Pay on delivery (PAY ON DELIVERY) – You will receive one SMS with a PIN for collection and a separate SMS with a payment link. The PIN is activated after payment via the Viva Wallet gateway (card, Google Wallet, Apple Pay) and lets you open the locker.
Cash payments to the courier or card payments directly at the locker are not possible.
After you place an order, the delivery or collection method cannot be changed.
COLLECTION
- After the parcel is placed in the locker, you have 96 hours to collect it.
- If you have already paid, simply enter the 6-digit PIN sent to you by BOX NOW via SMS/Viber.

Collection is possible 24/7. You will receive two reminders by e-mail and SMS. Shortly before the 96-hour limit, a final reminder is sent; if the parcel is not collected in time, you will be notified by e-mail that it is being returned to the warehouse.
